  • Combine1 cup olive oil,½ cup apple cider vinegar,½ Tbsp dijon mustard,1 minced garlic clove,½ tsp saltand¼tsp ground black pepperin a container or mason jar. Seal the lid and shake up to mix. This dressing can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks. Reshake before using again.

Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

  • Combine¾ cup balsamic vinegar,½cup olive oil,1 Tbsp honey,1 tsp dijon mustard,1 minced garlic clove,½ tsp saltand¼ tsp ground black pepperin a container or mason jar. Seal the lid and shake up to mix. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks. Re-shake the jar before using it again.

Peanut Ginger Dressing

  • Combine½ cup peanut butter,3 tbsp soy sauce,2 Tbsp honey,2 Tbsp lemon juice,½ Tbsp freshly grated ginger, and1 minced garlic clovetogether in a container or mason jar. Seal the lid and shake up to mix. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks. Re-shake the jar before using it again.

Creamy Avocado Dressing

  • Add1 ripe avocado,½ cup water,½ cup chopped cilantro,¼ cup olive oil,¼ cup lime juice,1 minced garlic clove,½ tsp salt, and¼ tsp ground black pepperall to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a container or mason jar. Store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Re-shake the jar before using it again.

Honey Mustard Dressing

  • Combine1 cup olive oil,½ cup lemon juice,2 Tbsp dijon mustard,2 Tbsp honey,½ tsp salt, and¼ tsp ground black pepperin a container or mason jar. Seal the lid and shake up to mix. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks. Re-shake the jar before using it again.

Raspberry Vinaigrette

  • Add1 cup fresh raspberries,¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup lemon juice, 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar,1 Tbsp honeyand¼ tsp saltto a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over salad. This dressing is best when served fresh.
